What is the cost of delivery?

We don’t charge for delivery within Singapore. We only charge for international shipments as the cost is typically higher.

How long will the delivery take?

For local deliveries within Singapore, we strive to complete your delivery within 3-5 business days. On rare occasions where production levels are exceptionally high, our lead times may increase by a day or two, but we’ll always do our best to get your frame[s] with you as quickly as possible.

Who do you ship with?

We use a range of couriers to deliver our products locally and internationally. For example, we may use Ninja Van, Qxpress, J&T for deliveries within Singapore. The couriers we select for international shipments vary by country and customer preference.

Can you ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship to any destination in the world, but for deliveries outside of Singapore, we ask that you contact us directly before placing any orders online. Our current pricing online is a reflection of local deliveries only, thus shipping outside of Singapore will require a custom quote with additional freight and tax charges included.

Is my shipment insured?

Yes, for frames $100 or below it is typically covered by the courier’s standard insurance. For frames over $100 we tend to pay for additional insurance cover just in case. This additional cost is covered by us.
