Update 11th June: please note that our workshop is now operational but at a lower capacity for the time being. Whilst we usually strive for delivery within 3-5 working days, we are currently more likely to be between 10-14 days. Please accept our apologies for this prolonged timeframe in the short term, but once capacity increases [likely in phase 2 CB] we will be able to ensure faster delivery timeframes once again.
Following the latest measures announced by the Singapore government in relation to COVID-19, please note that our workshop will be closed between 7th April – 1st June 2020. We have decided to allow the website to continue to accept orders, but please be aware that we will not be able to process anything until after the restrictions are lifted. We will shortly add some messaging into our checkout to make sure customers are aware of this.
All existing orders are expected to be fully completed and dispatched prior to the shutdown, but anything received from today [4th April 2020] will not be processed until after the shutdown. If you do place an order and wish to cancel, this won’t be a problem – we will refund you in full.
